This page describes what this website collects, why, and what it passes to anyone else. It describes this site specifically rather than repeating a general template.

What The Forms Collect

The walkthrough request form on this site asks for your first and last name, the company or property name, a work email address, a phone number, the property type, the property address, and a short description of what’s going on.

That information is used to reply to your inquiry and to arrange a property walkthrough. It isn’t sold, rented or traded.

Why The Form Asks About The Property

Because a useful reply depends on it. A question about a leaning tree at a retail center and the same question at a development site have different answers, and asking afterwards costs a round trip.

You aren’t required to complete a form to contact us. The phone number on every page reaches a person, and calling collects nothing beyond what you choose to say.

Third-Party Services These Pages Load

Two, and both are named here because your browser contacts them when a page loads:

• Google Fonts. The typefaces are served from Google, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of it.
• Google Business Profile. The map at the foot of each page is embedded from Google and behaves the same way.

Both are subject to Google’s own privacy terms rather than ours.

Cookies

This site runs on WordPress, which sets cookies necessary for the site to function and for form submissions to work. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on these pages.

How Long We Keep It

Inquiries are kept as business records for as long as they remain useful to the relationship, and the assessment and inspection records we produce for clients are kept deliberately, because their value is that they’re dated and durable.

If you want an inquiry you sent us deleted, ask, and we’ll delete it.
