Which Route Is Fastest
If something is blocking a lane, an entrance or fire access right now, call. Don’t fill in a form. There’s a page explaining what happens in the first hour: our emergency page.
If you want a property looked at, use the walkthrough form at the foot of this page. It asks for the property, not just your name, because the useful reply depends on what kind of site it is and what you’re seeing. That reply comes back with next steps rather than a price, and there’s no obligation attached to it.
If you’re already a client and this is about scheduling, calling is faster. A form goes into the same queue as new inquiries, which is the wrong queue for a date change.
What Happens After You Send It
For a walkthrough request, the reply proposes a time to walk the property. For a question about a specific tree, the reply is usually a question back, because a photograph rarely settles it and a wrong answer costs more than a slow one.
Nothing about that process requires you to commit to work, and no assessment we produce becomes a quote until you ask for one.
Where We Work
We’re based in Plano and work across Collin, Dallas and Denton Counties, on commercial property: office parks, retail centers, HOA common areas, industrial sites and land under development.
Tree ordinances are municipal, so the rules change between one city and the next, sometimes sharply. If your property is outside Plano it’s worth saying which city when you get in touch, because the permit, the survey and the mitigation arithmetic all depend on it.
